Based on my negative experience, I'll explain the problems I encountered. The house was delivered to us after eight years, not as stipulated in the two-year contract, with no reimbursement for damages due to its condition, so there's no room for discussion. Furthermore, the house wasn't finished properly; the workmanship was poor. They're incompetent—the tiles, the flooring, the paint—all of low quality. Beware. Appearances are deceiving.
