Too bad I can't give it a zero star. The advisor was more than unpleasant, making you think we were begging for money!!! The general agent at this agency needs to seriously invest in CRM training for his employees, or even replace them, because this is bordering on ridiculous.
The current lady is very impartial in terms of service. Regarding accident compensation, I haven't tried it yet and I hope I don't.
Worst insurance agency I've ever seen. Damn you.
