I had such an amazing time staying at Tamraght Surf House — I truly loved every moment of it! From the first day, I felt welcomed into what genuinely felt like one big family. The atmosphere is incredibly friendly, warm, and familiar, making it so easy to connect with everyone. The room was clean, comfortable, and the house had also a beautiful terrace to relax after a long day in the water or doing activities such as yoga. The surf instructors were not only highly skilled and professional, but also patient, encouraging, and genuinely fun to be around. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to improve your technique, they really take the time to support you and make sure you progress while enjoying yourself. What I appreciated most is how much more it is than just a surf camp. There were plenty of activities organized beyond surfing, creating such a fun and social vibe throughout the week. The team is always available to help arrange extra activities, transport, or anything else you might need — they really go above and beyond to make your stay smooth and memorable. Very well located as well, with shops and very cute cafés just around the corner. It’s the perfect place if you’re looking for great waves, great people, and an unforgettable experience in Morocco. I would absolutely recommend it and would love to come back!
I stayed here for one week with a friend and we had such an amazing time! From the first moment, Ilenia, Soufiane and the whole team were incredibly kind and welcoming. The surf lessons were great and the equipment was in good condition. Everything was well organized, and we always felt safe and supported in the water. After surfing, we were greeted with tea and homemade snacks every afternoon. We also went sandboarding and had a massage, both of which were organized super quickly for us. Also taxis to Taghazout were arranged without any hassle. The airport transfer worked perfectly as well. The rooms and the house in general are beautiful and feel very new and well maintained. One of the highlights were definitely the breakfasts and dinners on the rooftop terrace. The food was always delicious and there was more than enough for everyone. The yoga sessions were also a great addition to the experience. The vibe with the other guests was amazing, and one evening we even had a bonfire at the beach, which made the whole week feel even more special. I’ve already stayed at another surf camp in Tamraght before, but I honestly preferred this one. The price-performance ratio is excellent. I would definitely come back! 🌊☀️
I had such a wonderful stay at this surf camp in Morocco! The owners, Ilenia and Soufiane, are incredibly kind, friendly, and always do their best to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The whole place feels very cozy and I especially loved the rooftop with its amazing sea view – the perfect spot for yoga. Soufiane cooks delicious Moroccan food, and every meal was a highlight of the day. They are also happy to organize trips for their guests – during my stay we went sandboarding, took a ride to the souk in Agadir, and even spent an evening in Taghazout. They always took care of everything, even booking taxis for us. The location is also great, just a short walk from the center of Tamraght with its shops, cafés, and lovely little restaurants. The whole team was super nice and made the experience even more special. I truly felt comfortable and cared for the entire time. This place really grew to my heart and I will miss everyone who made it so special to me! ❤️🏄♀️🌊 Highly recommend!
I spent a month at the surf camp and I’d definitely go back. The food is delicious and always features typical Moroccan dishes. The volunteers make all the difference in creating a great atmosphere. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are spacious and heated, and the whole place is brand new! The rooftop is perfect for enjoying the end of the day and playing cards at night :)
An amazing place with a very fair and affordable price. Ilenia and Soufiane are really hardworking and paying attention to details, and you will have a full day of activities tailored for you. Highlights: 1. Clean and new, smaller than other surfcamps. Great price. 2. The amazing team of hardworking volunteers: helping out with the house or teaching yoga, they will become your friends in no time. Shoutout to Claire, Levi, Leo, and Siara who were there during my stay. 3. Moustapha and Ayoub: Moustapha is the best and kindest chef (and football player, surf buddy and friend). Ayoub was a fantastic surf instructor, always with a smile and with the best tips to make me improve my surfing. They’ll take you to the right spot at the right time, so you’ll be sure to catch waves. Things to bear in mind: 1. In winter it gets chilly: get sweaters! It would be amazing if they had blankets for the rooftop & yoga. 2. You may have to pay for the equipment if it breaks: this is common practice, in my case, I lost the fins during a class. I had to pay a very reasonable amount for it. It can happen! So it’s good to be careful and bear it in mind :) I hope to be back soon - missing you already!
I had such a wonderful experience at the surfing camp! The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The bed was super comfy, which made it easy to get a great night’s sleep after a full day of activities. The food at the camp was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. What stood out the most were the hosts. They were always ready with helpful advice and tips, and their attention to detail made the whole stay feel special. Highly recommend this camp if you’re looking for a unique, comfortable, and well-hosted experience!
