The worst experience I've had in my traveling life. They lost my luggage and each time I asked for an update, I received a different answer. They are understaffed at the baggage claim at the airport in Madrid. I had to wait for an hour just so that I could speak to someone. And the tracing system is absolutely useless. It's been eight days and no update has been posted on the website. Never again.

Makes no sense at all to ask people to put their backpack (that would perfectly fit in the space where no other hand luggage fits) under the seat (and loose comfort) while these stupid hand luggage suitcases may be in the overhead compartment and waste space … I will not use that airline again, gives me Ryanair vibes
