I'm absolutely thrilled with the quality of service they provide! The team is professional, creative and attentive. They went above and beyond to make the weddings unforgettable. Extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism of the owner, Yassine. Unfortunately we had to deal with many issues on our wedding day that were not properly addressed by this company. Some services including a professional performance were NOT provided on the day of and we NEVER got our money back. We have taken many steps to share our complaints and had agreed for a refund for the service not performed along with next steps so we can discuss the other torts, but we have been ignored although following up since then. Would not recommend.

I would not recommend this company, the planner did not deliver on key elements including services that they committed on contractually. Since the review was simply addressed as a "spam" by this company I am editing it to mention concrete examples. 1- A performer left on wedding day BEFORE delivering his show and we never got refunded. 2- We had spent hours preparing the playlists for the entire event, and shared them weeks ahead with clear yet simple instructions, including the songs we wanted for the key moments like the ceremony and our first dance. We met with them in person to provide any more details they asked, driving all the way up to Tanger specifically for this meeting while we had many items to take care of before the day of. But on wedding day no one on the team was taking steps to check our expectations were met. None of the songs played for the ceremony were the ones we asked, song for the first dance was played in X2 speed, and the DJ did not use ANY of the playlists we had carefully prepared. 3- The decorations were not the ones we had asked and paid for, and again nothing was done to compensate us. Although we had shared our complaints with the company the planner does not want to take responsibility for it. Instead he has ignored us and has not taken any steps to find an agreement. This is terribly unprofessional and disappointing.

Disappointed overall in how the end of our wedding went. Music shut down early, cake stollen, they’ve asked for our passport photos and banking information to reimburse us but as soon as we left the country to go back home they went radio silence and started ignoring all of our messages and we never saw any money back. Would absolutely not recommend unless you want your wedding day to be sabotaged.
