Absolutely terrible service! They never answer the phone, never. You show up with the documents listed on the file requirements, and the woman tells you: "I'll give you 2 minutes, 2 minutes, lhaja!" And the payment terminal doesn't work. Make a bank transfer, and God forbid! Not through the app; you have to go to the bank to get the receipt and waste another half day!
