This isn't a real CTM agency, but simply a small printing shop that books tickets online. There's no waiting room or seating, and they even refuse to store your luggage, even for a short time. It's completely misleading and unprofessional. If you're looking for a real bus office with basic services, move on!
The service is very poor, not available 24/7. It's located inside a library, which makes the wait for a ticket longer or causes the system to shut down sometimes.
A small agency located in a bookstore, nothing like the agencies in big cities.
