The strange thing is that all shipments are collected and sent to Agadir to be sorted. For example, I wanted to send a bag to Rabat, and she told me it would arrive in 48 hours. 🥵😩😩😩 In general, the Agadir agency is much better in terms of customer service. The Taroudant agency is a zero out of 100. Employees need to be made aware of the value of customers to the company as a whole... and there should be no distinction between them.
