I bought a Wi-Fi device for 600 dirhams yesterday, Wednesday, January 7th, from this Orange store on Avenue des FAR in Tetouan. The salesperson was Zakaria Taibi. The Wi-Fi works perfectly and everything is in order.

I would like to express my deep disappointment with the ADSL service provided by the Organe agency. I signed up for an ADSL subscription on October 8th, but since then, I have not been able to use the service because the internet connection is not working properly. The technician sent did not properly complete the installation, and despite several attempts to contact the claims department by phone, I have received no assistance. I strongly advise anyone against subscribing to this service, as the technical experience and customer service are clearly lacking. I request urgent intervention to resolve this problem, or I will be forced to cancel my subscription and seek a more reliable alternative.

The person handling customer service was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional! Her service was appalling. She couldn't even listen to my requests and explained herself in a way that completely crushed any desire to ever hear the name Orange again. And the harsh consequences of choosing this company don't end there. According to the saleswoman, subscribing to a Dar Box service "with a foundation discount" requires paying an exorbitant sum of nearly 1000 dirhams! Why? She's the one who should explain that! Apparently, I'm the one at fault!
