I paid for my line but still suspended the costumer service slow same as ur line

The service was extremely slow and completely blocked on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at 5 PM, even though the queue was short. There was someone who was apparently still learning how to use the keyboard. I wasted 30 minutes waiting without my turn ever coming.
