The staff at this agency is not professional. I called him in the evening and he told me there was a Clio that would be available the next day at 3 p.m. The day I called him at 3 p.m. and he told me that the person who rented the car was late and he would arrive at 5 p.m. By trusting him, believing that he was someone who was professional, I had to postpone my trip until 5 p.m. So once there, I found that he had already rented the car to another person. What shocked me the most was that he continued to call other agencies, pretending that he was helping me while his colleague finished the procedure with the other person. It is not professional at all, an agency that does not keep its word. I do not recommend it.
