Worst car rental company I have ever used. When arriving in Morocco I paid the receptionist in full (duration of the rental, & pick up and drop off to/from airport). When returning the car - the same receptionist that doesn’t have more than 2 brain cells tried to tell me that I didn’t pay for the drop off to the airport. She was very rude and abrupt, and her customer service skills are none existent. I tried to contact and resolve the issue with the company owner, who was also rude and confrontational stating that I’m wrong and threatened that his driver who was taking me to the airport would drop me off in the side of the road in the middle of nowhere. This company is an absolutely shambolic and are only out to take your money. It gets worse though.. another driver at the company comes to inspect the car (which was in pristine condition), and tells me that I’ve damaged his car. As I knew he’d taken videos before and after, I asked to see the before so I was able to compare the condition of the car, but when I asked he refused and demanded I paid an additional 300 dirhams. So in total when I dropped off the car, I was demanded to pay 600 dirhams for no reason what so ever. Please be aware of his dodgy company. Most of the cars they own are mechanically broken, with lights on the dashboard suggesting they need urgent attention. I highlighted this when I was given a car during pick up from the airport, and when they changed the car, the second car still had a number of lights on, meaning I was at risk of danger, driving a car which clearly has not been serviced. Please be careful and do not use this company. They are deceiving and manipulative people.

Absolutely disgusting service. The receptionist was rude. I already paid for the car on arrival the full amount. When i was leaving, they added on £55 i do not know what for. Will definitely not be using it again or recommending to anyone. So much money for a car that was dirty inside and most of the hazardous lights on while i was driving. Forgot to mention this was the second car i took, the first car had all hazardous light on and was not prepared to drive it. Avoid at all costs
