I had a very disappointing experience at this coffee shop. Despite there being only one server, we had to wait an entire hour just to be served. When the waiter finally came, he was lacking professionalism, repeatedly emphasizing that he was working alone. To make matters worse, he tried to dissuade me from ordering matcha, saying he wasn’t even sure if they had it in stock. The most alarming part of my visit, however, was that the glass cup I was served with was broken. I almost cut my lip, which is completely unacceptable and a serious safety concern. This level of unprofessionalism and neglect is unacceptable. I won’t be returning.

A wonderful experience at Villa NB! The venue is elegant and warm, perfect for a friendly moment. The welcome is professional and welcoming, and the staff attentive from start to finish. I highly recommend this place, whether for lunch, dinner, or simply a coffee in a pleasant setting. Congratulations to the entire team; I'll be back with pleasure.

I highly recommend this place. The service is excellent (professional, friendly, and quick), especially from Abdelmoula. The food is good and the ingredients are fresh, the breakfasts are fabulous, and we appreciate the small salads included in the set menus. The bakery/pastry section is very well-stocked, and the cakes are delicious. Finally, the decor and atmosphere are pleasant, which is exactly what this neighborhood needed. We are delighted to have such a lovely place so close to home.
