📝 Complaint Regarding Poor Service at Maroc Telecom Agency in Youssoufia To Whom It May Concern Greetings, I am submitting this complaint regarding my experience today at the Maroc Telecom agency. I went there to complete a routine administrative task, but I was surprised to be stopped at the door by the security guard, who claimed it was noon and that I should return after 2:00 PM. I informed him that the agency operates on a continuous hours system, as is the case in many other agencies. However, he insisted on closing the door without any explanation or intervention from an administrative official, and without any consideration for the fact that we were a group of citizens waiting to conduct our business in these unsuitable conditions. This behavior reflects poor organization and weak communication with customers, and places responsibilities on the security guard that are not within his purview, in the absence of any supervisor to clarify the situation or provide official guidance.

The worst agency I've ever dealt with. The service was below average. This agency gave me the impression that it specializes in scams, nothing else. Lack of communication, lack of clear information... I absolutely do not recommend them. I'd much rather pay for Orange top-ups every day than subscribe to IAM through this agency. They charged me for an extra month even though the cancellation request was submitted well in advance and I had already paid for a month. Seriously, tkhrbiiiiiiiiii9
