I was very satisfied with the welcome and professionalism of the agency, especially Ms. Jamila. She is always available, kind, and gives excellent advice. Her support is effective and reassuring. A quality service that I highly recommend.
Having waited 30 minutes for a simple consultation, one wonders if they consider them customers or something else entirely. The service, reception, and communication are nonexistent.
You deserve less than one star. May God suffice me, and He is the best disposer of affairs.
Please avoid visiting. It's best to get information by phone. The receptionist didn't give the customer any attention or information. It was a bad experience.
