Open or closed, this agency is useless and provides no service to its customers. The staff doesn't answer questions or meet people's expectations. A bad experience; less than 5 stars if I were to vote.

I am extremely disappointed with this agency. I recently had a very negative experience with their customer service. First of all, the staff didn't take the time to clearly explain the details of my contract or answer my questions satisfactorily. That alone was a major point of dissatisfaction. But what really angered me was that they didn't contact me to inform me that my insurance had expired. I only discovered much later that my coverage was no longer valid, which caused a great deal of inconvenience. It is unacceptable for an insurance agency not to take responsibility for keeping its clients informed, especially regarding something as crucial as the expiration of an insurance policy. The lack of communication and transparency has completely alienated me as a customer. I do not recommend this agency at all, and I will be looking for a more reputable and professional insurance company.

This agency doesn't even deserve one star, they're so awful! No knowledge of procedures, no politeness, appalling service!!! Avoid it... and avoid Sanlam in general!

One star doesn't deserve it. The worst agency I've ever seen. The staff is completely unresponsive. Honestly, they need to reconsider their approach, otherwise all the customers will run away because of their poor customer service.
