. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent jellba clothing items I purchased from your store. Unfortunately, the quality of the material and craftsmanship of the products did not meet my expectations. Upon receiving the items, I immediately noticed several issues. Firstly, the material used feels cheap and flimsy, which was disappointing considering the price I paid for these items. Additionally, after first time wear,I noticed significant pilling and fading, indicating poor durability.

Day 1: The saleswoman refused to see me at 1:30 PM, claiming it was her break time. Day 2: The next day, I arrived around 11:30 AM. She was putting on her makeup in front of the mirror. I asked to see a shawl, and she replied that it was silk and went back to finish her makeup.

Good evening! I would like to point out that the Diamantine collection at Carrefour Oujda is not up to par compared to other stores in Morocco. I'm not generalizing about all the items, but based on my recent visits, most of the items are of poor quality, and there are noticeable wrinkles in the seams. I hope my request will be taken into consideration so that Diamantine in Oujda can shine like all the other Diamantine stores in Morocco! Sincerely,
