10/10 recommend. Nassim and staff are very attentive and accommodating. We arrived late at night and we were given clear instructions well in advance. Nassim also stayed awake for us to ensure that we could get into the riad. Very clean and convenient location. Breakfast on the terrace was excellent. Very kind and helpful for our bag storage after checkout. Thank you Nassim and team!!

So far, I've been to Casablanca, Marrakech, Rabat and Fez with my family. This hotel is by far the best accommodation experience I've got from the whole of Morocco. Every other hotel was lacking the very basic amenities even after paying double or triple of what i paid here. The staff are very attentive and very polite even late at night. Well maintained rooms with modern design with wooden touch. The towels provided are extremely neat and soft. I don't usually review hotels, yet I'm doing this just to spread the word.

A very nice apartment hotel with very friendly and helpful hosts. The rooms are well equipped and have great facilities. There is a lovely breakfast which you can enjoy outside or in your appartement. Everything is very clean and cosy. It’s on walking distance to the medina, but not too close. Parking is public at the other side of the street. Some self proclaimed parking managers ask 20 MAD per night. Only downside is that there is a Mosque on the other side of the street. At 04:30 they loudly start the morning prayer with loudspeakers in the minaret. Giving that we were traveling with our 1 year old kid, this 15 min prayer marked the start of our day, given that he would wake up from the loud noise.

Location was brilliant & car parking was right accross the road. We had an excellent stay. Room was fantastic it was super clean,cozy & had the softest bath towels ever. Breakfast was brought up to our Terrace at a time of our choice it was nice & fresh. The Staff were all friendly. Would highly recommend.
