I've been using Sobrus for several years. Four or five years ago, their customer service was simply impeccable: competent, responsive, and attentive. Unfortunately, that's no longer the case. The current customer service is rigid and gives the impression of robotic communication. Sometimes, you think it would be better to deal with actual robots instead of wasting energy calling them without getting any concrete results. It's truly a shame to see Sobrus decline like this, when it was an exceptional piece of software, unparalleled on the market. I sincerely hope they improve their service, because I'm starting to consider switching software, something I never would have imagined a few years ago.
