Amazing nature, and wow, the food is great! But be careful with quad bosses —they might try to trick you! Sometimes you have to fight for your spot on the quad. The timing and organization could be better. Big thanks to the driver, though—he’s awesome!

We booked a camel riding, evening dinner and performance experience through a third party app, we were ushered to a local oil production place where they tried to flog us their products, then we were ushered here, where we spent all but 5 minutes on camels, who all looked poorly treated, where we were lead through a figure 8 dirt path littered with plastic and rubbish and then asked to wait whilst the people who paid LESS THAN WE DID took a 1 hour quad bike tour through the desert. We missed the sunset at our desert meal and show, and were instead greeted with a rushed dinner service and the end of the show before everyone fled back to their vans to be taken home. Very negative experience, next time we’ll stick to the souks.

We ate here on the occasion of a Camel/Quad/restaurant show outing. Honestly, the restaurant is well located in itself and the landscape is magnificent and the show a little extra. The food itself is not extraordinary, the tagine was dry and burnt at the bottom. The service is quick, the goal is purely to make quantity at the expense of quality. However, the setting makes up for it in my opinion.
