My second time working with Bosworth Property Marrakech, and once again I cannot rave enough about the experience. This time my agent was Nadia Rahmani, and she worked tirelessly to find the right place that matched our preferences perfectly. Nadia has a deep knowledge of Marrakech — born and raised here — and it truly shows. She is honest, realistic, and incredibly supportive before, during, and after the sale. She also speaks fluent French, Spanish and English, which is a huge advantage for anyone who doesn’t speak Arabic. Highly recommended.

At the height of covid (Oct 2020) I landed in Marrakech with the express intention of buying and managing a riad. I had communicated with a few real-estate professionals prior to my arrival including Colin. All together I must have seen 40-50 riads but what stood out (even in the darkest days of no tourists and a crumbling economy) was the way I was treated by Colin - he always had my best intentions in mind and I was always treated with the utmost respect (can't say that about some of the others that I encountered). I did end up with a riad and I would keep in touch with Colin both to seek advice and to say hello. Fast forward to 2025 when it came to selling the business, the only person that I reached out to was Colin. His network is strong and he has an amazing team supporting him - they were able to find a buyer within a couple of weeks and we concluded a stress-free sale within a month of the offer. Colin is one of those rare individuals (in a very grey and confusing - albeit exciting market) that you can rely on completely. You should not look anywhere else.
