Clean, secure and quiet residence, located in a good location between marina saidia and saidia town, close to a private pool, mosque and quad biking activity but for the beach, it is a bit far for pedestrians.

Beware of those who want to buy at the Xsantra building, they have scammed more than 240 people, mainly MREs!!! The worst part of all this, they even resold the owners' apartments!!!
