Refund Policy

1. Business listings (free)

Creating a business listing on BizNiz.ma is free. You pay nothing to submit your business and nothing to keep it online, so there is no payment to refund.

Listings purchased before listings became free are considered fully delivered the moment they went online and stay online for life; they are not refunded.

2. Recommended Listing

The Recommended Listing plan buys visibility, not results. We place your business on the homepage spotlight, highlight it on your category page and give it a priority pin on the map. We do not guarantee clicks, calls, visits, sales, or a specific ranking on search engines.

Because the placement starts as soon as it is activated, this plan is not refundable once it is live.

3. Banner Advertising

The same applies to Banner Advertising: you are paying for your banner to be displayed on the pages you selected, not for a guaranteed number of clicks or customers. We do our best to push your business in front of the right audience, but performance depends on your offer, your creative and your market.

Campaigns already running are not refundable. Campaigns that have not started yet can be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting us.

4. Errors and duplicate payments

If you were charged twice, or charged for a service you never received, contact us and we will investigate and refund the incorrect amount.
