This place is horrible, i don’t recommend it at all , i was about to live here but when i saw the conditions of living in their compared to the price , i didn’t. I feel so lucky because i made this decision, because i have so many friends who suffer in there. The staff and administration do not listen to their needs and there’s always problems in the construction and the the rooms and bathrooms are so not well equipped and there’s always something broken or not fixed until you fix it yoursey

Awesome experience, the administration team is really helpful and welcoming. Especially the director there so kind and patient . Leaving home for the first time can be hard but thanks to student house it became a very pleasing experience

unfortunately, my experience over the last 10 months weren’t as satisfying as i was hoping. the inconvenience of shutting down the elevator on crucial days and occasions ( ramadan + moving in/out periods) was extremely frustrating especially for those who live on the 6th floor. services such as the « papeterie » , that is essential for a student’s life, was never open. Being ill was a struggle as well since the « nurse on duty » didn’t have the bare minimum such as a thermometer, and being so far from the city/the absence of any near pharmacies obliges you to move around. The rooms were overall good and new , but with the recent rent increase, the single room absolutely doesn’t deserve 1700 dirhams. This accommodation could maybe be a good temporary solution to students moving to Settat for the first time , but i do not recommend it for the long term.
