Today, my parents went to the clinic to see a doctor. They arrived early in the morning, took a number to see the doctor, and waited their turn. After several hours of waiting, the nurse came out to announce that the doctor had already filled up the number of patients for the day and that they would have to come back another time. This is already the second time in a row that the same situation has happened to them, despite the fact that they arrived very early. ●● A little management tip: before distributing numbers, it would be more logical to calculate how many patients the doctor can actually see during the day and only give out that number. This would avoid making very sick, diabetic, and elderly people wait unnecessarily for hours, only to leave without ever being seen.
The first private hospital in Settat reminds me of old Egyptian movies; everything is primitive. May God protect all Muslims from needing them. I ask God Almighty to grant success and prosperity to those running the hospital.
A very bad experience with their gynecologist (note that this was my first experience). She was extremely rude and felt entitled to speak to her patients disrespectfully because they didn't understand the process (which the gynecologist herself hadn't bothered to explain). She constantly interrupted without really acknowledging my pain or what I was saying (for a service that isn't free and that I pay for out of pocket). If this is how you treat your patients, well, I pity them, and it says a lot about you. How can women have so little empathy and respect? I just hope that this isn't how all the other doctors or departments behave, or I truly pity their patients, and it's only because I can't give a lower rating that I'm giving one star.
The clinic is okay. The service is good. The only problem is with the rooms; there are no single rooms. Each room has two patients, which causes inconvenience to the patients due to visits from relatives.
Poor hospital, no food on time and no hot water... In addition, the midwife (her name is Hajar) left the doctor to deliver me alone and ordered food from outside and slept, which put my life and the life of my newborn at risk. I strongly do not recommend this hospital.
The receptionist isn't answering the phone. It doesn't make sense; she's hanging up.
