The guy working at the desk is very good and very efficient with all the paper work and paiments and everything. The other staff and the tech support are absent. The real services: intalling, moving, cancelation and end of contract are completely non existing. These people are only good at taking money and making you sign papers. They don't do anything else! It takes ages to have a line installed and it takes even longer to have it moved or canceled! The director of the agency doesn't even make you feel safe!
Terrible service! My fiber optic cancellation request dragged on for six months, and after several complaints, I'm still stuck with bills to pay even though I returned the router to the agency! Unbelievable! I've wasted so much time and energy going back and forth to the agency and filing complaints with customer service, but still no solution? I'm so disappointed, honestly!
Poor service. The technicians who performed the initial installation (IAM cabling) were completely unprofessional, especially the one who installed the connection at the DU RIF 4 Skhirat "Abdo" location. The connection has been active since the contract was signed on October 27, 2021, but the technician did not do his job properly. There is a lack of professionalism and responsibility at this Maroc Telecom branch.
You will never see poorer service than that of Maroc Telecom, a delay of more than 15 days for a simple line transfer and at the agency level radio silence, "don't worry we will make a complaint" same comment during the 15 days 😅 …
