Excellent bus service. Just beside the Tetouan medina. Though Google shows a longer walking route, there is a shortcus which is 1/4th of the distance showed.

The coach drivers are nice, polite and patient. Departure and arrivals are almost always punctual.. Enough stops are given to passengers to go to the toilet or buy food. Nice bus station - good service!

The parcel service is incredibly quick and efficient! First, the package is weighed, a label is promptly attached, and you receive your receipt without any hassle. The service is streamlined and straightforward, making the entire process seamless. What truly stood out was the friendly and helpful staff member behind the desk, who spoke French fluently. It’s rare to encounter such smooth and attentive customer care, and it made sending the parcel feel effortless. It’s always a great experience when services are not only efficient but also make you feel valued as a customer.

There was a young male guide, seemingly in his twenties. Whenever you asked him something, he would respond with anger, act in a pushy manner, and not stay in his place properly. He does not have the personality suited for working in the service industry. The company should either train him or suggest he look for a different job. He was the worst guide I have ever experienced in Morocco. On the front of the bus, only the final destination is displayed. The intermediate stops are not indicated, which is very confusing for travelers.
