Called in yesterday for a drink of tea and a small Moroccan salad with bread. 120 dhr! Could not believe it. Apart from the rip off tourist prices, in fact the cost is higher than the UK, the view and food is good. The place is a little dated but has its charm Ask to see a menu with prices first. Some Moroccan local guys were having a drink there, even they looked shocked when the lady said the price. For sure a tourist price and a local price, the latter far beyond even remotely sensible for outback Morocco. I appreciate they have to make a living but please do it honestly
80 euros for 2x chicken tagine and mixed grill + water and orange juice. Cats try to jump on table to eat your food.
The lanscape and the view are good, but the place need to be renovated
My recent visit to this supposedly reputable restaurant turned out to be a massive letdown. The prices were shockingly high, particularly for a basic goat tajine and fries, costing a whopping 140dhs (~14$) for two people. To make matters worse, we found goat hairs in the dish, making it impossible to enjoy our meal. The service was negligent, with indifferent staff and dismissive responses to our concerns. The prices for drinks were outrageously steep, and to top it off, they didn't provide itemized bills. The outdated ambiance and menu further highlighted the restaurant's lack of attention to detail. This experience serves as a reminder to thoroughly research before visiting a restaurant, as high prices do not guarantee a pleasant dining experience.
