An exceptional experience from beginning to end, i cale with friends who are regulars and they couldn’t describe the place to me as good as in real, The setting alone is breathtaking, a late lunch with that stunning view over the lake creates an atmosphere that feels both refined and peaceful. You can immediately sense that there is a clear and generous vision behind this place. Throughout our experience, dishes kept arriving at our table, personally sent by the owner, each one somehow more delicious than the last. The sea bream carpaccio was absolutely out of this world incredibly fresh, delicate, and perfectly balanced. At one point, we asked Momo, what the secret behind such seamless service was. He smiled and told us that the owner’s philosophy is simple: « take care of your staff, take care of your guests, and everything else will solve itself » this stuck on my head for weeks now, You can truly feel that mindset flowing from the top down. A rare place where leadership, cuisine, service, and scenery come together beautifully. Bravo to the team, and bravo momo!

We visited CasaLalla yesterday as a group of 11 to celebrate a birthday. The setting is undeniably beautiful and the property has great potential. The pool area is charming and the overall aesthetic is very attractive. However, unfortunately our experience was disappointing. The “lake” beside the property is actually a dam, and when we arrived there was a significant amount of plastic and trash washed up along the water. We were told it had just happened that day and that nothing could be done about it, which was unfortunate given that the natural surroundings are clearly part of the appeal. We settled into the pool area, but the pool was not heated and was too cold to use comfortably. We also were not informed in advance that there was a €60 per person charge to use the pool facilities. While it was our oversight not to ask, it would have been appreciated to be informed beforehand. We only discovered this when paying the lunch bill, and found the price quite high given the overall experience. During lunch, service became problematic. A couple of starters arrived after we had already finished our main courses. We politely explained that we had intended to have them as starters and that it was too late to enjoy them properly, but that we were happy to pay for them regardless. At this point, the owner became visibly upset, raised his voice, and reacted in an aggressive manner, questioning what we meant by “too late.” The situation escalated unnecessarily and became uncomfortable. He then stood at a distance staring at our group for an extended period of time, and later followed us back to the pool area where he continued this behavior. It felt intimidating and quite unsettling. Before we left, the owner did come to apologize and mentioned he had been nervous. We appreciated the apology, but unfortunately the overall experience had already been affected. Given the pricing and the way the situation was handled, this is not a place we would return to.
