I booked a "Parachud" tour on Friday with this "company". I had to pay 1200 MAD in advance. On Sunday they would pick me up at my hostel at 9.00 o'clock. At 9.00 o'clock, no pickup. I waited and finally I tried to call Moustapha but he didn't answer the phone. Then I let someone from my hostel call and they answered. I had to go to the office. So I went to the office. Hicham told me there was a mistake and he told me that I had to be at the office at 16.00 o'clock for the tour. So I went to the office at 15.45. Zaid and Hicham were there and they said I was too late. They were mad. Strange, because I was there earlier. I had to pay 300 MAD extra for the private transfer. So a driver took me to the place of the tour. I waited there till 18.00, but the wind was wrong so the tour couldn't go on. Then they took me back. But I didn't receive my money back. I paid a total of 1500 MAD! The next day I went to the office but no one was there. I had to go because my plane left that day. Back home I tried to contact them, I have their phonenumbers. Hicham answered me and asked me if I had paypal. Moustapha totally ignored me. But now it's already 1 week later and I didn't receive any money back. I contacted them every day. One time I called Hicham a thief, because they stole my money. He was not amused. But in the end no refund.Just promises: after the weekend, next week, etc. So please watch out before you book a tour with them. There are more reviews from people who are scammed. I'm just a student with no job, so this was a lot of money for me.

Scam. 155 euros for only a driver and a night in the camp. No tourist guide. They left us in the middle of the desert and went away. No tickets for any tourist site. Expensive lunch and drinks.
