Since signing up for my subscription in 2021, I've paid my bills online. A few months ago, online payment wasn't working. Given my many constraints, I didn't go to the branch until I received an email asking me to pay my bills or my service would be disconnected. Today, I went to the Skhirat branch. I wanted to resolve the issue with online payment and pay my outstanding bills. The security guard directed me to an employee. I explained the problem to her, and she told me to call the call center. I replied that I'd called the center several times, but they weren't answering. She told me it wasn't her business and that I should keep calling them until they did! I asked to see a manager, but I was told she was out. She went to lunch and would be back around 2 p.m.
